A perfect combo of Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates

Body Balance sessions usually consist of Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates. Combining these three practices gives your body a holistic workout experience beneficial for both your mind and soul.

Our trainers are experienced Body Balance instructors. They split every session into several parts. In each of these parts, you do some specific activities that will help you clear your mind from negative energy. At the same time, you’ll keep improving your physical condition.

Bear in mind that you don’t need to have any knowledge about any of these three elements. Our instructors will give you detailed instructions on how to slip into the right mode for these sessions.

In our Body Balance lessons, we insist on the equal participation of your mind and body. Our instructors get you there by a set of common strategies.

Apart from doing the core activities from Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates, they include the elements of meditation. It’s important to help our clients to flow away in their minds to some relaxing and peaceful places. This escapist strategy is beneficial as a stress eliminator. Also, it will clear your mind and prepare it for the session. This will also make your body more relaxed, which is crucial for the physical aspect of Body Balance.

If you feel that you need some adjustments of the Body Balance program, share your thoughts with your instructors. There are always some elements that can be added or removed from the session. For instance, this is possible when you have some chronic health issues.
